Mobile unveils Windows 10 compatibility with future Snapdragon 830

By all is known the disastrous evolution of the market share of Windows 10 Mobile worldwide, both in its earlier version Windows Phone and from the arrival of the latest Lumia, Microsoft is in a negative spiral that has led them to lose two - thirds of its market share in the last year. It seems that the expansion to more powerful mobile is one of the few options remaining for Microsoft to regain lost ground, and the Snapdragon 830 could be a good lever.

While upgrading to Windows 10 Mobile has arrived later than expected and with a large number of phones that are not compatible with it by the minimum hardware requirements, those of Redmond continue preparing the future of its mobile division, which needs a revolution if you do not want to end up disappearing from the mobile market share.
This recovery is to offer more powerful terminals and can cope with the large manufacturers, and that is where the future Qualcomm processors come. We have seen in the past MWC in Barcelona that HP will launch the new phablet X3 with Windows  Mobile and Snapdragon 820, which will not arrive until the summer, and today we learned that the Microsoft operating system already supports the future Snapdragon830, the new Qualcomm processor that still has not officially disclosed.
It has through some official documents developer program Microsoft as we have known that Windows 10 Mobile is compatible with the MSM8994, MSM8992, MSM8952, MSM8909, MSM8208, MSM8996, MSM8953, and MSM8998, or what is the same processors, Snapdragon 810, 808, 617, 210, 208, 820,625 and 830 of the future Snapdragon still an exact release date is not known. This information would in line with some recent rumors suggest that Microsoft is preparing three new Lumia terminals in early 2017 that could equip this highly anticipated Snapdragon 830, among which could be one of the great covered by the Redmond, as is the Surface Phone.
What is clear is that Microsoft is already working for their future terminals, and those of manufacturers who rely on its platform can use the new Snapdragon 830. Microsoft is facing one of the last opportunities to revive its mobile business, which despite received new Lumia 950 since late last year, has not stopped falling, until bottoming out in the fourth quarter.
