24V DC MOTOR CONTROLLER SIMPLE 5AMPERIOS MD14 S310106

Introduction

The MD14 is a motor controller designed to control average power of the simplest way a single motor. The speed and acceleration settings can be made by turning the knobs on the PCB, while outflows forward / reverse inputs are controlled by 24 Volt.
ATTENTION THIS PAGE IS A TRANSLATION OF THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER PAGE CONTAINS ALL THE DOCUMENTATION AND EXISTING ON CIRCUIT CONTROLLED MOTOR MD14.

Control inputs0V - the benchmark for entry
Fw - to advance 5-24V input
Rv - for entry back 5-24vt

Output terminals and motor supply0V - 0V earth Feeding engine
M2 - Polo 2 engine output voltage
M1 - Polo 1 engine output voltage
24v - Motor supply 24 V DC

Control Connections
No fuse on the circuit board. It should include a 5A fuse in line with the battery terminal + V. Be sure to use a network cable with a nominal voltage of at least 5A to the battery, motor fuse and wires

Circuit Protection
No fuse on the circuit board. It should include a 5A fuse in line with the battery terminal + V.
Be sure to use a network cable with a nominal voltage of at least 5A to the battery, motor fuse and wires
Engine noise suppression
Note that the use of engines with the MD14 driver or other electronic devices requires noise suppression. To do this, simply add a suppression capacitor 10n in the engine. The capacitor should be able to handle a voltage of twice the motor voltage of the motor.
Tickets transmission
When 5-24V signal on the terminal, a green LED lights up and the MD14 motor drive controller in a corresponding manner, if both inputs are present then the MD14 not drive the motor. No need to wait until the motor stops to switch the direction of the entrance, as the MD14 decelerate the motor controller by the desired deceleration (the same rate as the acceleration) and then accelerate in the new direction.
Speed setting
Turn the potentiometer marked SPEED right to increase the maximum output, and counterclockwise to reduce the output until the limit of travel and the engine stops is reached.
Adjusting slowdown
Turn the potentiometer marked ACCEL to the right to increase the rate of acceleration to be applied to the motor. The rate of deceleration can be varied from 0.2 to 2 seconds to reach full speed from rest or to slow to a stop from the maximum speed.
Over current detection
An automatic check regulate the output current is performed and the current is switched off in case of excessive load aplciarse, the red error LED lights to indicate the following:
LED blinking red: you have exceeded the limit output current; . reduce the load, power cycle to restart
bright red LED has been detected an excessive current; It is likely due to a short circuit in the motor output; check the wiring before turning to restart.
